It’s like the good oul days on this blog. Updates twice a week. This week has been batshit crazy and I’m still playing catchup but anyway…something to amuse your goodselves on a Friday.

THE ONE WITH AN EXCLUSIVE

Yesterday I drove to Dublin and made Bewleys in 2 hours. Great to see my road tax money actually getting some use, don’t worry about the state of the local roads, as long as we can get to Dublin in around 2ish hours, that’s all that matters!!! The sole purpose of me going to Dublin was to sit down and have a chat to Jonah Hill and Russell Brand about Get Him To The Greek (Review up later). As these things go, times change and so on, so I spent most of the day hanging around..which I don’t mind, nature of the game and all that. But the actual press room was like a sauna, all we needed were towels. Anyway, I got to chat with Jonah Hill first who was very laid back and very nice and then nearly 4 hours later I caught up with Russell Brand who was so incredibly lovely. The guy was so gracious and not full of bullshit, and gave me a nice little exclusive regarding his sequel to My Booky Wook. The full interviews can be heard in a Get Him To The Greek special this Sunday (June 27th) from 10pm. It’s not for the faint at heart. Anyway, here is a small, wee taster of whats to come!

THE ONE ON A FRIDAY

Lot an abandoned Pit Viper, the blog is back in action today! As it’s Friday, nobody gives a shit really so I’ll bring the funny. In other words, this is one of them lazy ass post’s with youtube videos.

But it’s a big weekend ahead. In a couple of hours, we collect our buggy for the bambino who will be saying hello to the world in 3 weeks and I spent the latter half of last night driving around and eating Hillibillies with my old colleague Charlie Wolf. So plenty to bang on about, but I’ll keep it till Monday. Oh, as for the email asking any more news on the rattled politicians? No, no more news. The left quite quickly last night!

E3 is here again and on occasion I’ll be banging up some stuff that has caught my eye, right here on the blog! First off Gears Of War 3! Looks like more of the same old amazing gameplay! I loved the last 2 and this looks bigger and better again!

THE ONE WITH DREAMS

For the last week I’ve been waking up around 7am and roughly every 20 mins thereafter. Each time, I’m having some demented dream about judging something and I’m in a white suit like thing and there’s a constant argument going on. I’m not long out of bed now and it’s gone on for nearly 5 hours. Weird shit I tells ya, weird shit!

There was no posting here yesterday (tell us something we don’t know) or on The Movie Bit for that matter as my eye exploded again and I spent most of the day laid up with a devil red eye. And no, it’s not to do with THAT red eye!

Anyway, I’m thundering off now to do a mammoth catchup on the other blog. And yes, I’ll admit shit’s been slipping on this one! But shortly I will bring back the bitching, social commentary and….humour. In other words more swearing.

THE ONE ON A TUESDAY

Bank Holiday over! And it’s my last bank holiday ever as just a husband. By the time the August bank holiday rolls around, I’ll be someone's old man, father, ould fella, daddy, dad and so on!

It’s still a daunting thought at the moment, and I’m sure Denial is just a river in Egypt! No doubt millions of years of paternal genetics will kick in as soon as I’m handed the bambino.

Anyway, all back to normal tonight on the airwaves from 9pm. And yes, I’ll have the psychic on and spend most of the night calling him / her the monday night psychic and then spend the rest of the night blaming the holiday!
